Jeffrey Wilde (will-dee), MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in lower extremity reconstruction surgery for hip and knee. He has expertise in primary hip (posterior and anterior) and knee total joint replacement, partial knee replacement, revision hip and knee replacement, management of infected total joints and knee arthroscopy.
Dr. Wilde believes that every patient shares a different and unique perspective into their condition with different levels of expectation for daily activity. Regardless of whether these goals are to get back to a high level of physical activity or simply to be without pain during normal activities of daily life, Dr. Wilde is committed to partner with his patients to meet their aspirations. His priority is to listen to the patient first and then assist them with making the right treatment choice to meet their goals.
Dr. Wilde also has research and clinical interests in minimally invasive surgery, implementation of technology and robotics in joint replacement. He was the recipient of the Ruben F. Gittes, M.D. Award, Scripps Clinic for Excellence in Research.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wilde enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, photography, water sports, ice hockey, mountain biking, hiking, camping and cooking.
