Jerrald Gold, PhD

Jerry Gold, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and currently the administrator of the Scripps Behavioral Health Clinical Care Line.    

In 2010 Dr. Gold and his team developed A-Visions, a modified supported employment program for Scripps Health. Subsequently, he published an article detailing the program in the Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation, A-Visions: A Scripps Supported Employment Program.

Dr. Gold serves on the San Diego County Hospital Partners work group, the Center for Behavioral Health with the California Hospital Association and past council member of the American Hospital Association Section for Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services. In 2012 Dr. Gold was recognized as the Mental Health Person of the year for San Diego County.
