As a vascular and endovascular surgeon, David Frankel, MD, treats a wide variety of vascular conditions including carotid stenosis, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), peripheral aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), mesenteric ischemia, thoracic outlet syndrome, May-Thurner syndrome, iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis, and venous insufficiency/varicose veins. In addition, he has a clinical interest in treating carotid disease, aneurysms (open and endovascular), peripheral arterial disease (PAD), dialysis access, tunneled catheters, and endovascular treatment of vascular disease.
Dr. Frankel believes in providing comprehensive care for patients with vascular disease, whether a patient needs vascular imaging, angiography with endovascular intervention, wound care or open surgery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Frankel enjoys surfing, golf and playing the guitar.
