Family medicine physician Theresa Bartolome, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for the whole family, focusing on preventive health. Dr. Bartolome believes that every patient has the right to be seen as a unique individual. Her promise to patients is to dedicate the time necessary to provide quality care.
Dr. Bartolome’s medical interests include adolescent care, women’s health and geriatric medicine. When she is not seeing patients she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, playing sports, hiking, skiing and traveling.
