Biography

Dr. Scott was board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in 1995. He was also board certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine in 1996. Dr. Scott received his medical degree from George Washington University in 1990. He served his internship specializing in Internal Medicine at St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. He completed his residency, specializing in Physical Rehabilitation & Medicine, at the V.A. Medical Center in West L.A.
