Dr. Parker received his medical degree from the University of California San Diego (UCSD) and his undergraduate degree from the University of California Riverside. He completed a transitional internship at University of California Los Angeles Medical Center and a residency in anesthesiology at UCSD Medical Center. Dr. Parker is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
