Mary Moya, MD, provides comprehensive primary care services, focusing on women’s health. Dr. Moya joined the team of core faculty at the Scripps Family Medicine Residency Program in 2007. After graduating from Yale University with a degree in Latin American Studies, she spent three years traveling by motorcycle and working for a child survival program in the Dominican Republic.
Throughout her career, Dr. Moya’s love for Latin America and medicine for underserved populations has motivated her to travel and volunteer in rural clinics in Honduras, Ecuador and Mexico. She is always ready to exert her contagious energy to teach residents and students.
