In practice since 2005, Matthew Levine, MD, is an endocrinologist with clinical interests in diabetes, thyroid disease and bone metabolism.
In addition to his clinical practice, he is dedicated to the education of physicians-in-training, serving as program director of the endocrinology fellowship program at Scripps Clinic and Scripps Green Hospital.
Dr. Levine is a member of multiple professional societies including the Endocrine Society, the American Diabetes Association and the American Medical Association. He is also active with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, where he is involved on various committees at the national level and on the board of directors for the California chapter.
He believes that an active, healthy lifestyle is the key to successful outcomes.
