As a physician assistant, Rachel Kelly, PA, provides comprehensive primary care services to infants, children and teens, focusing on preventive medicine. Rachel has expertise in lactation counseling, healthy weight management and mental health. 

She is passionate about guiding children to establish healthy lifestyle habits early in life. She believes that it is important for children to learn how to be advocates for their own health, so she loves to make sure they understand they are the center of any visit and can ask any questions they have.

Rachel takes the time to provide education about diagnosis and treatment options during each visit so that families can feel confident in the care plan.

When not seeing families and patients, Rachel stays active hiking and traveling. She enjoys gardening and art projects as well.
