My-Uyen (Lilly) Nguyen, PA, is a physician assistant who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. She works in conjunction with OB-GYN providers to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to every patient. She enjoys managing pregnancy and various gynecologic conditions. She also has interest in discussing family planning, birth control and reproductive health.
She strongly believes in the power of effective communication and active listening, treating every patient as a whole. Lilly prioritizes building trust and strives to understand her patient’s concerns, values and goals. She focuses on ensuring that patients are involved in their care and are supported every step of the way.
Lilly was inspired to become a physician assistant after observing the differences that other healthcare providers have made on the lives of her friends and family. After she completed her physician assistant schooling, she returned to her hometown of San Diego with the desire to provide care to those in her community.
In her spare time, Lilly enjoys spending time with loved ones, being active, traveling and is a huge foodie who loves to try new food places.
