Dr. Mohammed Jaloudi is a medical oncologist who has been practicing for over 23 years. His main interest and research have been in the field of breast cancer where he has published extensively.
He believes medicine, and more specifically the field of oncology, is a vocation where passion and compassion are critical. The doctor-patient relationship goes beyond commitment and responsibility but is a unique and sacred bond. He does not treat cancer patients but treats patients with cancer, always in a humble, dignified and caring manner.
Prior to joining Scripps, Dr. Jaloudi was associate professor of medicine/medical oncology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and associate director for clinical research at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, University Hospital in Newark, NJ.
He has also held faculty appointments at Columbia University and was chairman of oncology at Tawam Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine in the UAE.
