Karen Adams, NP, provides comprehensive primary care services for all ages, focusing on preventive medicine. Karen also has medical interests in mental health and obesity. 

Believing that her patients know their own health best, Karen empowers them through active listening and education. In her experience, hearing what her patient has to say often will provide the best health outcome.

When not in the office, Karen stays active outside, pursuing snow skiing, hiking, camping and scuba diving. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children.
