The San Diego Union-Tribune recently published a guest commentary from Scripps Health President and CEO Chris Van Gorder celebrating the 100th anniversary of the regional health system. 


Van Gorder praised the vision of two extraordinary women, Ellen Browning Scripps and Mother Mary Michael Cummings, who planted the seeds of Scripps with a shared vision to care for the community for generations to come.
