Scripps CMO Provides Update COVID, flu, RSV
While hospitalizations for respiratory illnesses remain high at Scripps Health’s five hospital campuses, there are signs that rates of COVID, influenza and RSV in the San Diego region have begun to plateau, Anil Keswani, MD and Scripps chief medical and operations officer for ambulatory care, said recently during several media interviews.
He encouraged people to continue taking actions that will help them avoid getting sick, including getting the latest vaccination shots, frequently washing hands and avoiding others who have symptoms.
