Scripps expert shares perspectives on proposed changes

The United States Preventive Services Task Force recently issued draft recommendations that call for all pregnant women to have their blood pressure monitored regularly throughout their pregnancy. The move comes as blood pressure disorders during pregnancy have doubled in recent decades. Scripps Clinic maternal-fetal medicine specialist Sean Daneshmand, MD, recently shared his expertise on this issue with CBS 8.
