In a recent San Diego Union-Tribune guest commentary on the op-ed page, Scripps Health President and CEO Chris Van Gorder reflected on the cyber incident that hit the health care system in May and called attention to the growing threat that these types of actions pose to other organizations and the entire nation.


Van Gorder also offered praise for the Scripps staff and employees who worked tirelessly to keep patient care at the forefront of their work.
