Nearly 560 guests attend 47th annual event
The 47th Annual Mercy Ball raised $2.5 million to help fund construction of the new Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center on the campus of Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego. The new cancer center will provide the latest in treatments, research and clinical trials, and other support services critical to patients and their families.
Nearly 560 Scripps leaders, physicians, donors and community volunteers attended the event in March.
