Medical director discusses integrated cancer care
Thomas Buchholz, MD, medical director of Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center, recently discussed the clinically integrated cancer care program in San Diego on KUSI. Dr. Buchholz focused on what the partnership between Scripps and Houston-based MD Anderson Cancer Center, a global leader in cancer care and research, means for local patients.
Scripps MD Anderson began providing patient care earlier this year.
