Scripps Health physicians recently provided free skin cancer screenings to more than 50 ocean lifeguards at San Elijo State Beach. In an interview with KUSI News, Scripps Clinic dermatologic surgeon Hugh Greenway, MD, discussed the early warning signs of skin cancer and explained why lifeguards need to be especially vigilant in screening for the disease.
