Scripps Breast Cancer Survivor Featured in Union-Tribune

Chelsea Beaumonte, a breast cancer survivor who was treated at the Scripps Radiation Therapy Center, recently shared her personal story with the San Diego Union-Tribune. Ray Lin, MD, medical director of radiation oncology at Scripps Health, discussed treatment of her stage-3 left-side breast cancer. The U-T story coincided with the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
