Scripps Clinic Center for Weight Management dietitian Misha Biden was recently featured in an article on the front page of the U-T San Diego’s Health section regarding new changes to the Nutrition Facts labels that accompany most prepared foods and drinks.
In her interview Misha shared some valuable insight: “Instead of grabbing the first product, turn it over and read the labels. If one of the first three ingredients is sugar or high-fructose corn syrup, it’s not the best choice.”
