Scripps Clinic Doctor Offers Tips to Stay Safe in the Summer Heat
Scripps Clinic family medicine specialist John Dawkins, MD, was a guest on KUSI’s 5 p.m. news on Tuesday and shared some valuable tips on how to protect yourself from heat stroke and heat exhaustion during the hot summer months.
In San Diego, the hottest months are usually August, September and the early part of October, according to National Weather Service.
