Scripps Included in ‘150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare’

Becker’s Hospital Review has named Scripps Health as one of the “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare,” in its 2014 list. Scripps was recognized for its “no layoff” philosophy and for its generous benefits.

According to the health care industry trade publication, the list was developed through nominations and editorial research, and the organizations were chosen for their robust benefits, wellness initiatives, commitment to diversity and inclusion, professional development

The 2014 list was expanded to include healthcare providers — medical groups, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and health systems — along with other types of healthcare-specific companies, such as consulting firms, health IT vendors, medical societies and more.
