A Veteran Doctor's Final Rounds

After 53 years with Scripps Health, John Carson closed shop on his medical practice on Jan. 1, 2014. This beloved 86-year-old cardiologist leaves behind countless colleagues and patients; however, Dr. Carson will continue to maintain his display of medical artifacts in the lobby of Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
