Join our specialized postpartum pelvic floor classes designed to help you care for and strengthen your pelvic floor after childbirth. Childbirth can impact pelvic floor strength and function; this supportive environment focuses on essential skills for recovery and wellness.
What you'll learn:
- Pelvic floor exercises: Master coordination of your pelvic floor, core and diaphragm with basic movements.
- Safe exercise: Discover how to safely engage in exercise during the postpartum period.
- Pressure management: Learn techniques to protect and support your pelvic floor.
- Posture enhancement: Stand tall and develop awareness of your posture for better alignment and stability.
Participants must be cleared for exercise before attending the class. Infants in car seats are welcome to attend.
