- Exercise to increase strength and balance

- Anyone concerned about falls
- Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength
- Anyone who has fallen in the past
- Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns
This 8-part class series meets every Thursday for two hours.
Space is limited to 14 participants.
Please note that committing to all sessions is expected, as the material builds upon each session.
