Spinal Cord Injury Support Group

If you are a spinal cord injury survivor, caregiver or loved one, join us for a free support group.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the following:

• Get information and resources
• Reinforce inner strength
• Learn self-care strategies
• Develop encouraging peer relationships
• Continue living with meaning and purpose

This group is co-facilitated with the Triumph Foundation.
