Join us for this free, interactive event to learn more about what you can do to prevent falls this autumn and year round. Shawn Evans, MD, will be our keynote speaker.


Registration opens at 9:30 am. Presentation begins at 10 am. The resource fair will be open from 9:30 - 10 am and 11:30 am - 12:15 pm.

The event will include:
